  • Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done? Yes, if it is changed before designed
  • How to take care about jewelry? To keep your jewelry looking radiant: We recommend using a soft polishing cloth to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish. Rub the piece in one direction rather than circular motions.
  • If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done? Call or email help@tonyareneeshaw.store
  • Can a loyal customer get a discount? We will run promotions often.
  • When is the next promotion? 8/1/2020
  • Privacy policy. Please see our privacy policy (we take pride in keeping our customers information private)
  • How can an order be cancelled? Yes, if it is changed before designed
  • If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? If the buyer request double shipping yes there will be an additional, if the fault is on our end there will be no cost for the second shipment.
